YAAS Masterclass 2023

Presented an interactive master class to explore how to make audio palpable: how to use your body to create sound work and how to create sound work that resounds in the body. This two-hour masterclass was part of Lucia Festival’s sound training program on acoustic performative formats and research in collaboration with Radio That Matters.

Presented a master class, “How do you make audio palpable?” on how narrative audio can be more than just telling a story. I explore how to create an emotional atmosphere so the listener is more aware of their place: in a body, an environment, and society. I shared techniques on how to use your body to make resonant audio work and how to make audio work that you physically feel in your body.
